For as long as I can remember some 32 years ago I was helping my Father with his masonry business. At age 17 I was a full time Mason and eager to run my own business and crew. Over time I established relationships and worked with many large residential builders here in the Lehigh Valley putting in foundations while building a foundation for what is now Ean Sussick & Sons, Inc.
While some entrepreneurs stick with what’s working at the time, I saw a need for improvement. I realized that most of these large companies were all about the bottom line. They didn’t seem to care about quality, they didn’t pay attention to detail and most of all didn’t really care about people. I started making a name for myself with the first few Spec homes constructed. Why? I built a very nice, quality home for a fair price. This philosophy has followed us through and we are now one of the larger builders in the Lehigh Valley Area.
What’s the difference you ask? I haven’t forgotten where I came from and who put me here. We build the same if not better quality now than ever before and always looking for ways to produce more efficient homes.
